Plastic Latch Technology

Plastic Latch Technology

  1. Plastic Thumb- Latch (all 50 & 65 Series couplings)
  2. 50 & 65 Series Couplings utilize a more durable stainless spring under the thumb-latch. Endurance cycle tested for over 200,000 connections.
  3. Available with or without internal shut-off valves on both Sockets and Plugs
  4. Standard FDA /NSF Grade Buna-n O-rings. (others available)
  5. Latch groove for all 50 & 65 Series couplings is wider accommodating interconnect with a plastic thumb-latch.
  6. All internal springs are high grade 316 stainless steel
  7. Built-in end terminations reduce leak points. Standard hose barbs, pipe threads, and compression nuts are available. (Please contact LinkTech to inquire about custom termination solutions.)

Metal Latch Technology

Metal Latch Technology

  1. Stainless Steel Thumb- Latch (all 20 & 40 Series couplings)
  2. Available with or without internal shut-off valves on both Sockets and Plugs.
  3. Standard FDA /NSF Grade Buna-n O-rings. (others available)
  4. Latch groove for all 20 & 40 Series couplings is narrow accommodating interconnect with a stainless thumb-latch.
  5. All internal springs are high grade 316 stainless steel.
  6. Built-in end terminations reduce leak points. Standard hose barbs, pipe threads, and compression nuts are available. (Please contact LinkTech to inquire about custom termination solutions.)

Internal Shut-off Valves

Shut-off valves automatically stop flow when couplings disengage. LinkTech couplings are available with or without shut-off valves on either coupling half.
